Bach Flower Therapy
Gentle Emotional Support for All!
What Are Bach Flower Remedies?
Bach flower remedies are a system of gentle, plant-based healing developed by Dr. Edward Bach. These flower essences help restore emotional balance and are especially helpful in times of stress, overwhelm, fear, or grief. They work subtly and safely—making them ideal for mothers, children, and highly sensitive individuals.
Who This Is For?
You might benefit from Bach flower support if you or your child are experiencing:
-
Postpartum overwhelm, sadness, or irritability
-
Anxiety, racing thoughts, or difficulty letting go
-
Fearfulness or clinginess in children
-
Grief, anger, burnout, or emotional numbness
-
Difficulty adjusting to change or transition
What to Expect
-
Bach flower consultations are fully virtual and available as:

Standalone sessions (45-60 min) for adults or children

After your consultation, I create a custom flower blend that matches your or your child’s emotional state and mail it to you. You’ll receive clear instructions for use and ongoing guidance if needed.
Fees:

45–60 minutes | Includes custom blend + follow-up check-in
Follow-Up — $150 (new blend) or $125 (same blend)
Bach flowers can also be added to any homeopathy consultation for emotional support.
🌺 Ongoing Care & Support
Follow-Up Sessions — $125 each
Continue your healing journey with consistent support and remedy adjustments as needed.

Why I Use Them
I find Bach flowers are a beautiful complement to homeopathy. When emotions feel stuck, heavy, or unclear, flower essences can offer a gentle nudge toward balance—especially in the sensitive postpartum period or in emotionally reactive children.
